Yes. De'Andra partners with Headway to process insurance for covered services. We also offer private-pay options and can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement upon request. Accepted insurances include: Aetna, Cigna, Caelon Behavioral Health, and Independence Blue Cross Pennsylvania.

Sessions are available in-person in Shreveport, Louisiana and via secure telehealth across Louisiana. Booking is flexible through both Headway and SimplePractice, allowing you to verify insurance coverage, view real-time co-pays, and book telehealth or in-person appointments.

Do you travel and provide services to facilities and programs outside of Louisiana?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I travel and provide Expressive Arts Therapy, Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT), and MARI services to facilities, organizations, and programs outside of Louisiana. Because my counseling license is specific to Louisiana, counseling services are available only within Louisiana. Travel fees may apply for services provided outside of Louisiana and are determined based on location and travel requirements.

I provide mobile services throughout Louisiana and am available to travel throughout the United States and internationally for Expressive Arts Therapy, Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT), and MARI. Travel outside Louisiana, including international travel, requires advance planning and is considered based on the location, requested service, scheduling, and logistical requirements.

I am a mobile provider and can travel to an organization's facility or another designated location. The organization is responsible for providing a space appropriate for the requested service. Depending on the service, the space may need to be quiet, private, confidential, accessible, and free from unnecessary interruptions.

Yes. Services may be available across multiple locations within the same organization or program, depending on the locations, travel distance, scheduling, and requested services. If multiple locations are being considered, include each location in your inquiry so that appropriate scheduling and travel arrangements can be reviewed.

How far in advance should we contact you if we would like you to travel to our facility?

Please submit an inquiry as early as possible, especially for multi-day services, larger groups, travel outside Louisiana, or international travel. Long-distance and international services require additional preparation. Depending on the service and destination, planning may include coordinating interpreters, confirming an appropriate service space, transportation, lodging, scheduling, accessibility needs, local requirements, and other logistical considerations. The more advance notice provided, the better we can prepare for a successful experience.
